A recurring supply plan puts LNP Screening Arrays in the lab before each screening campaign starts, and in-house manufacturing keeps every order consistent.
LNP screening programs run as recurring campaigns, so the consumable has to arrive before each campaign and perform the same way in every order. A late shipment delays the next campaign, and variation between orders makes results harder to compare across runs.
Before building a program around a proprietary consumable, quality and procurement teams look at who makes it, whether it is stocked and how reorders work. We manufacture, stock and ship every LNP Screening Array ourselves and sell directly to each lab.
| What teams weigh | How the LNP Screening Array is supplied |
|---|---|
| Manufacturer | Manufactured in house at Parallel Fluidics |
| Path to the lab | Sold directly, with no distributor |
| Inventory | LNP Screening Arrays held in our own inventory |
| Lead time | Two days |
| Ordering | A recurring plan based on the program’s monthly formulation volume |
| Requalification on reorder | None; every order runs on the automation protocol and deck setup already in the lab |
Each campaign formulates a lipid or cargo library, characterizes it, sends top candidates to in vitro testing and uses those results to design the next library. A recurring plan delivers enough LNP Screening Arrays for the formulations a program runs each month, so they are in the lab when each campaign starts.
| Campaign stage | Where supply stands on a recurring plan |
|---|---|
| Before the campaign | LNP Screening Arrays for the month are already in the lab |
| During the campaign | The liquid handler uses LNP Screening Arrays on hand |
| Between campaigns | The next order is already scheduled |
We set the plan during onboarding from the number of formulations the team expects to run each month. Orders then ship on the recurring plan without a new quote for each campaign, so procurement manages one plan and purchasing does not delay the start of the next campaign. Single-batch orders are also available for teams without a set formulation cadence.
The recurring plan scales up or down as demand shifts, so supply tracks the size of each campaign. A larger screen adds LNP Screening Arrays to open deck positions on the liquid handler already in the lab and needs no additional formulation instrument.
| As the program grows | How supply responds |
|---|---|
| More formulations each month | More LNP Screening Arrays on the existing recurring plan, run across open deck positions |
| Fewer formulations in a given month | Volume steps down on the same plan |
| Larger campaigns ahead | Supply is planned with our team before the campaign starts |
Quality and procurement teams reviewing a new supplier ask where the consumable is made, who controls production and how supply holds up when demand rises. No other vendor makes an interchangeable part, so a screening program depends on its supplier’s answers to those questions.
We manufacture every LNP Screening Array in house and sell it directly, so no contract manufacturer or distributor stands between production and your lab. Each recurring plan shows our manufacturing team upcoming demand, and production is scheduled against it before orders arrive.
| Supply risk | How in-house manufacturing addresses it |
|---|---|
| Single-source supply | Production is planned against each recurring plan, and our manufacturing process is built for speed, so we can ramp volume quickly when a program needs more |
| Lead time | Two days |
| Changes between orders | Every order comes from the same manufacturing process |
Order changes and protocol questions both go to people who already know your program, because we handle supply and applications support directly.
Consistency between orders starts with how the consumable is made. We produce LNP Screening Arrays with Transition Molding, our own process that forms production-grade thermoplastic against precision aluminum molds. Molding from controlled tooling keeps the microfluidic design repeatable from one order to the next.
Consistent LNP Screening Arrays keep results comparable across campaigns run months apart. A program can revisit earlier candidates, add new ionizable lipids to an existing library or pool several campaigns into one dataset for candidate selection without accounting for differences between orders.
Each new order runs on the automation protocol and deck setup already in place, so LNP Screening Arrays go straight onto the deck with no requalification before a campaign.
Tell us your screening calendar and the formulations you expect to run each month, and we’ll build a supply plan around them.
